Correcting nutritional and metabolic imbalances provides the body with the nutritional support it needs to recover and regenerate.

Herbal Medicine

Rooted in ancient traditions, herbal medicine can be a gentle and effective treatment without pharmaceutical side effects. By utilizing natural compounds from plants to support the body's healing processes, medicinal herbs have been researched extensively for their therapeutic value in a wide range of health conditions. Used alone or in combination with conventional medicine, herbal medicine is a powerful tool in restoring health. 

Lifestyle Interventions

Lifestyle interventions encompass mindful changes in diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, and a variety of self-care practices. These tools are essential in reducing the harmful effects of chronically elevated stress hormones, like cortisol and adrenaline. Lifestyle interventions are an integral part of nurturing physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

My Approach

A Holistic Approach for Women Suffering from Burnout 

By integrating my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and degree in Psychology, I use holistic medicine to address the relationship between emotions and physiology.

 

Under the the guidance of Dr. Jonathan Prousky, ND, the Naturopathic program encompassed over 4000 hours of training. My clinical work focused on mental health, HIV, chronic illness, and ultimately supporting individuals through the various challenges that shape the human experience.

As women, our complex physiology plays a major role in how we feel. The delicate interplay of fluctuating hormones, neurotransmitters, and chronic stress can leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unwell. Regrettably, burnout is frequently misdiagnosed in women resulting in confusion, distress, and a sense of isolation. 

 

Holistic medicine offers a unique remedy to burnout by treating the whole person—their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. This integrative approach targets the root cause of illness, supporting long-lasting recovery and prevention.
